What is the Reward Point Program?
The reward point program is a loyalty scheme. When you spend money at our store we would like to give you an incentive to visit us again. As well as great service and a variety of crafting products, you can build up points to redeem against future purchases. Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Whoops-a-Daisy.biz you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend.  Once you have met the minimum requirements for the redemption criteria, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at Whoops-a-Daisy.biz.   

How does the Program work?
When an order is placed, the amount of the order (excluding delivery charges) will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account. When you reach the minimum redemption limit you will be given the opportunity to spend your points on future purchases, totalling more then £10.00 (excluding delivery charges). Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.  You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points. During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance provided you have met the redemption criteria.  

Points and Values
Currently, for every £1.00 spent at Whoops-a-Daisy you'll earn 1 point. When you have accumulated 100 points, you will be entitled to redeem some or all of your points on your next order totalling over £10.00 (excluding delivery charges). Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown here will always be current. 100 points has the equivalent cash value of £10.00.

Redeeming Shopping Points
When your points balance in your account reaches 100, you can redeem these points against your next order totalling over £10.00 (excluding delivery).  During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amout of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method to cover the cost of postage and any remaining balance owed. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required
A minimum balance of 100 points is required to qualify for redemption. You can only redeem points on future orders totalling more then £10.00 (excluding delivery), i.e you can’t reach 100 points on an order and immediately redeem those points, you will have to make a further order. Points can not be redeemed against delivery charges. Please note, you'll still have to select another payment method to cover the cost of delivery and if there is an outstanding balance owed on your order to cover the cost of your purchase. We advise you to check this page before redeeming points as we may make changes to this policy.   

Minimum Purchase Amount Required
Currently, you can only redeem points from orders totalling more then £10.00 (excluding delivery).  We advise you to check this page as we may make changes to this policy.  

Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order
A maximum of 500 points (£50.00) is allowed to redeem per order.  We advise you to check this page as we may make changes to this policy.  

Will I earn points for shipping fees?
No.When calculating the amount of points earned delivery charges are excluded.  

Will I earn points for discounted products?
Yes.  When calculating the amount of points earned all items are included, including those that have been discounted.We advise you to check this page as we may make changes to this policy.

Will I earn points on purchases paid with points?
No. Any amounts paid with points will not be entitled to earn points. However, if your order total exceeds the points you are redeeming you will be awarded points on the balance.  We advise you to check this page as we may make changes to this policy.

Product Restrictions? 
Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points.  We advise you to check this page before redeeming points as we may make changes to this policy. 

Conditions of Use
Shopping Points are only available to registered Whoops-a-Daisy.biz members. Shopping Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at Whoops-a-Daisy.biz.  Points are non-refundable and can not be transferred between accounts or members. Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, under any circumstances. Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order. When buying with points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase. When calculating the amount of points earned delivery charges are excluded. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
