Shipping and returns HEADING_TITLE

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days from receipt of your payment. UK items will be sent by Royal Mail and larger orders by a repulable courier such as DHL.

International orders - please contact us for a quote before ordering, if you place an order without doing so you will be contacted prior to shipment to pay additional shipment charges if applicable.

If you are paying for your order by cheque, please note your order will not be posted until the payment has cleared.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. Most items will be re-stocked as soon as possible but it is difficult to give an accurate estimate on re-ordering times as there are many factors over which we have no control (suppliers, freight companies etc).

Every care is taken to ensure that the packaging we use protects your products and items are always sent out in pristine condition. However, we can not accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.

All prices include VAT at the rate currently applicable.

Returns

Goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned.
Please contact us by email returns@whoopsadaisy.biz before returning any goods to obtain a returns number and you must obtain proof of posting.

If you receive goods that you do not wish to keep, you have 5 business days in which to return them. In this instance we will not refund postage and there will be a 10% restocking fee.
